M1 Mac mini audio distortions

I experience (minor) audio distortions when I do recordings on my new Mac mini M1. This happens with desktop recordings (using blackhole) and microphone recordings (several microphones tested).
Does anyone have similar problems or a clue what I could do to solve this?
Recordings with other programs work well.
Never had any similar on windows.

Hello,
I have the same problem. I think since the update to 15.3 before I had no problems with my audio interface.
Since the update to 15.3 I have audio distortions when recording with the interface.
Does anyone have an idea?
