I installed Lubuntu 22.10 to my computer whith old Hardware:
Intel Motherboard
Intel Core i3-2100
18 GB RAM
128 SSD Drive
internal GPU (seems to be Intel)
Even with this Hardware Lubuntu runs smooth. My Video Capture Card (AGPTEK USB 3.0 HDMI HD Video Capture Card 1080P 60FPS) is connected via USB to my Computer. When I start to record the HDMI Signal there is no Problem with sound, but after 30 Seconds the Video stucks. Same in the Recording: No Problem with sound but Movie gets stuck! I tried to set down framrarte to 30 fps, but this does not make it better. Any Ideas please?
