Hello,
I am a new user of obs-studio, but an experienced linux user.
I am using OBS 30.0.2, which I installed via snap onto my Ubuntu 22.04 desktop. I used snap because I wanted support for custom docks.
I have unzipped the lower thirds plugin into the $HOME/snap/obs-studio/current/.config/obs-studio/plugins directory, and things seem to be mostly working - I can get an animated lower third with text to appear. However, when I try to add an image, the app instantly and silently crashes with a segfault.
I have tried starting it in --verbose mode, and looking at the log files, but I see nothing in there that reflects the cause of the crash.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
