Question / Help Lower Pitch/Audio Crackling while using capture card

I'm using the Nix capture card on my Nintendo Switch, and the audio in the preview is notably lower pitched than it should be, while also making this soft crackling noise. I've made sure my audio ouput is set to 44.1 KHz, but it doesn't change anything.

Make sure that OBS and all your devices OBS is using are set to the same sample rate. Crackling and pitch shifts are symptoms of mismatched sample rates.

Changing the sample rate does nothing. It's the same at 44.1 KHz as 48 KHz.
