When I use the QSV encoder in OBS Studio ,the quality of the video is very bad and there is a lot of mosaics.
But if I use the same encoder with the same bit rate in Xsplit Gamecaster ,the quality is much better and even no mosaics.
I don't why about this problem ,would you please fix it as soon as possible. I really like the simple and clear design of OBS Studio.

The resolution rate of my setting is 1280x720.
And the bit rate is 4000kbps.
I useing gaming laptop,so there are Intel HD 530 and GTX 1060 on it.
HD 530 is used on capture game and encode.
GTX 1060 for game render.

If I set the resolution rate to 1920x1080 ,10000kbps.
The problems above will not happen,that's strange.
