  Can you help me with best settings in OBS Studio, please ? Because, when I am streaming CS:GO and any action game, scene is choppy/checkered.

Same here but i have a high upload

You aren't going to be able to stream with that upload. you could try 1000kbps, but it won't look good at all. There is not magic workaround or quick fix unfortunately. If the upload speed is that low, you simply cant do it
