Question / Help Low-res output on YouTube

Hello. I recently tried to stream on Youtube and faced the problem: in preview mode my stream maximum resolution is only 360 p. In my settings the output is rescaled from 2560:1440 to 1920:1080 and bitrate is 5000 Kbps.
I can't start streaming with youtube's given quality. What should I do?

YouTube transcodes for users based on the user's available bandwidth. If your connection isn't fast, you won't be able to stream to YouTube and have your maximum bandwidth available to view the preview.

Basically, what you are seeing and what the audience will see are not necessarily the same. If your home internet connection is slow, you will need a third party on a separate connection to verify the quality of your stream.

YouTube in parts of the world is also defaulting to low quality for many users.
