Hi there. I'm very new to using OBS (as in just downloaded today) and I'm trying to record some gaming footage. I'm not streaming or anything like that, I really just want some decent-quality footage to post proof of completion for some Super Mario 64 Kaizo ROM hacks.
My computer's specs will be in the log file I've attached, but for reference, my CPU is an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core Processor and my GPU is a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060. I believe I should be able to record something like this easily with the hardware I have.
The issue I'm having is specifically that the FPS of the outputted recording is in the range of like 1 to 5 FPS. I know there have been other threads regarding this issue in the past, but the difference here is that my CPU usage never exceeds 3%, and the log file never shows any skipped or lagged frames.
The game runs smoothly, V-Sync is on, I'm running OBS as administrator...I'm not really sure where to go from here.
Thanks for the help in advance!
