Question / Help low quality youtube stream..

Hello Guys, If I am streaming on youtube the quality is really bad. I got a gtx1080 8gb, i7 9700k at stock GHz and 16gb of 2933MHz ram. I think all my settings in OBS are fine because when I stream on twitch everything works way better then youtube. I will attach my LOG file, and hopefully somebody can help me fix this problem
