i want an intentional low quality recording + low quality audio

Low quality recording = high resolution and frame rate with low bitrate. Ex. 3840 x 2160 pixel at 120 FPS at 64 Kbps with H264. For audio set the Channels to Mono and Sample Rate to 44.1 kHz. You can probably get worse quality using a legacy codec with Custom Output (FFMpeg).
