Question / Help Low quality, tiny size

I'm looking forward to record 10 FPS/60 FPS (I'll manage that in settings myself), 1080p footage.

I'm not looking for high quality, quite contrary, I just need to able to make out whats happening on the screen. For example read the description of the YouTube video. Not dirt level, but I don't need to see every single pixel. I just need to journalize what's happening on the desktop for days on end with limited space.

How do I set this up? I still want ability to read the text (like this post for example) as well as read code.

PS: No, I'm not trolling. I need to record desktops for weeks on end, with minimal space usage and without running my mediocre laptop into dust. Is 2GB for 8 hours of low-quality recording achieveable or am I dreaming?

Apparently you can just decrease resolution which it will reshow in 1080p. As well as decrease bitrate to 250. It will spare on everything it possibly can.

You can just record 1080p10fps with a bitrate around 250-500 and Auto Bitrate as low as possible or even disabled the audio channel.

That shouldt be enough for a static picture most of the times.
