Question / Help Low Quality Recording

Hi!
I just downloaded OBS and followed a tutorial for setting up the everything. The video quality was really low when I exported. Does anyone know how to fix it? I attached my most recent log. The game I am recording is Overwatch

Don't use CBR for recording.
Use simple output mode's quality presets or use crf/cqp bitrate selection with a crf/cqp value of 15.

And if you're talking about poor quality AFTER your video editing software, it's not OBS' issue.
