Question / Help Low quality despite of high settings

So, it seems like the quality settings don't do anything.
This is a screenshot of Smash with x256 encoding at 2500 with very fast preset: https://imgur.com/a/Q22gh2p
Here's another screenshot, The Bitrate is now 8000 and the processor preset is set at medium: https://imgur.com/a/6OfIIYw
I can't tell the difference.

Either it's due to scaling the output to 1280x720p, that can look a bit blurry if you are not used to it.
Or it can be an issue with the capture card, with the way that is set up.

Ok I have figured out. in sources i changed the device from Live Gamer Portable 2 to Aver Media LPG2 Stream Engine - 1
