I have seen many threads on low quality audio but none exactly the same as mine. This problem is more apparent when doing extended loud noises such as shooting weapons in CS:GO.
The audio issue reminds me of when you have earbuds half plugged into your computer/phone.

You really notice the issue when the smoke grenade lands and deploys.
Also seems to only be an in game issue. Microphone not causing this problem.
Levels aren't peaking on OBS.
