Question / Help Low performance

So i have been having this issue that when i record with OBS my game goes from 300 to 50 fps or OBS only captures like 10 frames a second. i made a past thread that said it was a memory fallback and most likely a overlay (all he mention was not there and a factory reset didn't even work) but no luck. i hope that any of you can find my problem and can give me an awnser.
