Low or No sound when live streaming

Extremely LOW or NO Sound when Livestreaming. Problems ever since upgrading to Windows 11 and last OBS Update. Can you help?

Go back to a stable Operating System, Win10. seriously
Unless you have an Intel Gen 12 CPU, or other very specific requirement for Win11, I can't see punishing oneself with what is in essence a BETA OS like Win11. Hopefully in a year or so??
