Question / Help Low In-Game FPS While Streaming

I get low FPS in almost every game that I stream (20-35) FPS. I have messed around with my settings alot but cant seem to fix the issue so im kind of lost at this point and could use some Suggestions. I will post my Settings and PC Specs below. Thank you for the help.

PC SPECS:
GPU: GTX 1070 Ti
CPU: i7 7700k 4.2GHz
Motherboard: MSI Z170-A PRO
RAM: 16GB DDR4
