Question / Help Low gpu and cpu usage while streaming

So i recently started streaming and i've been having a lot of issues with fps drops on my side yet when i look at my usage it hovers around 40-50% tops and im confused on why


CPU:Ryzen 7 1700x

Motherboard:ASUS ROG Crosshair VI Extreme

CPU Cooler: AMD Wraith Max

RAM:G.Skill Trident Z RGB 3200MHz 32GB

GPU:Asus Strix ROG 1080ti

PSU:Corsair HX850
