Title. Recording preview of the capture is smooth, but recording is low framerate/choppy. I've tried most of the advice on the seemingly countless other cases of this, but have found no solution, so I'll just ask some smarter people.
This doesn't just occur with games, it's all recordings, so it's probably a universal issue with my settings or something that I'm too foolish to find.
