Low frame rate running Curse of the Deadwood

Just tried to record gameplay for Curse of the deadwood and the game runs at very low FPS. Although OBS says its at 60 FPS the game is super slow in response and glitchy.

However, if I use Nvidia Overlay everything runs perfectly fine.

Here are my output settings.

Instead of using x264 (low CPU usage preset) use NVENC, which is the one Nvidia Overlay uses.
Also, log file is needed.
