Hi All
Ive been streaming Rust a lot recently, but Im having to turn down graphics settings to keep frame rate above 60, even though im doing my encoding through my CPU not my GPU
Specs; CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900x GPU: MSI Rtx 2070 Super (Gaming X Trio) Ram: 32gb 3200mhz (DDR4)
Is there something im missing when im not streaming I get 90+ FPS but as soon as im streaming (Performance mode is on on SLOBS) it drops to 50+
