so i finally finished building a separate streaming pc and i upgraded my capture card to the Elgato HD60 form the HD and my streaming pc specs are a gigabyte 78 lmt usb3 rev 4.1, 8gb of ram, and an amd fx 8350 4.0 ghz. been messing with the settings for a few hours now in obs studio and elgato streaming software and no matter what i do i get low fps idk what im doing wrong i used to stream on obs classic and game on the same pc with an elgato hd and i used to get quality streams
update i just bought a pny gt 730 idk if that will help anything
