So. I streamed abit a few years ago with no problem and with worse internet and PC..
Now whenever I try to stream (Overwatch) its flowing nicely when i have the game in the background but when I press the game window the FPS drops insanely on my OBS and Stream, when i stream in 1080p60FPS it says like 1.5% CPU Usage and 60 FPS if the game is in the background but still streaming and as soon as i click on the game window to make it top-most it goes up, but like, never above 10% CPU Usage and about 10-20FPS.. same with 720p30fps but CPU Usage about 0.7% when game is in background..
My PC Setup is:
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
GPU: AMD RX480 8GB
CPU: AMD FX-8350 8-Core 4.00GHz
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB 2600MHz
anything else? Just ask.
Internet connection:
250Mbit/s down
100Mbit/s up
(Set my bitrate to 6k by mistake, the issue is still the same at 2.5k and around).
