Question / Help Low FPS with complex background/lots of movement

I've been having trouble recording at high FPS with OBS for a while. My game, War Thunder, has a lot of movement and complex textures. I've noticed that when recording, my FPS stays fine ingame, but on the recorded video it comed out chopp/low FPS whenever the ground is covering a lot of the background. It looks fine, has good FPS when the sky is in the background. Here's a video example, which you should probably mute: https://youtu.be/zqm25XjEWPM

I'm currently on mobile so I can't post logs with this thread. I'll edit it with some in the morning when I can, though.
