When I don't have OBS open, just playing the game, I get somewhere between 130 and 200fps. But when I stream I go to like 45 and it sometimes stays at like 90. But i'm skipping frames or something because it doesn't feel smooth at all. But When i record i get slightly better fps than when i'm streaming, but its still feels a little stuttery. And its really unplayable. I'm using game capture and just 720p 60fps at 4000 bitrate. So i'm not exactly sure what the problem is.
It also just started recently in the past month or so. I used to be fine. But then one day all of a sudden its starts doing this. And the stream looks perfectly fine, with no frame drops or anything.
