Question / Help Low FPS while streaming anything.

so i'm trying to stream, you know...
r7 1700
gtx 1080
16gb ram 3000mhz
Dell S2417DG (2560x1440 144hz)
Canvas resolution on 1920x1080, output on 1280x720. no dropped frame issue, just low FPS ingame - i mean streaming Overwatch on 50fps on the lowest settings possible, same on fortnite, CSGO, literally unplayable.
any ideas ? i'll provide anything needed, just let me know.

2nd edit: FPS is the same on 1920x1080 (ingame resolution)

Delete all but one capture source. You only need one Game Capture or Display Capture source per scene collection. They're active even if you switch to another scene.

Will it make my FPS on 50 constantly ? i don't think that's the reason, eventho i know nothing :/
 
I got an update... I put all of my settings on the ultra, it's the same FPS. 80-120 (playing on 144hz, huge input lag and dropped frames noticed ingame.) I guess it's a bottleneck. Any suggestions ? I don't know what to do against a bottleneck or how to get rid of it, eventho i don't think r7 will bottleneck 1080 (dfaq ?)
