Low fps when capturing a window

I have a mac m1. In obs, when capturing a window with PS Remoute Play in which 60fps, in obs, the fps becomes 30 or less in the capture window. At the same time, 15% processor load and 60fps are written at the bottom. But if you capture the entire desktop, then the fps becomes 60 everywhere. What is the problem? I just need to capture the window without lags.
