Low FPS / Stuttering in recording

Saw a couple of old threads about this and tried all their solutions but nothing worked for me, I even used the OBS analyzer and nothing popped up that could help me. Heres the log link: https://obsproject.com/logs/KoRChvOOBAhKxRx1

For my settings I just used the ones i got from the auto-configuration wizard.

After searching for more solutions, one solution was to change the app you open the recording with and that worked for me... :p
