Question / Help Low FPS rate when recording. Any Ideas.

Ok so my PC could record and stream a few weeks ago but now my framerate has now dropped(10-20fps) and I don't know why. I also made sure that it was recording at 60fps and it doesn't work.I also have it recording it at 1280x720 both canvas and downscale.
PC Specs:
AMD 810 Quad Core 2.6Ghz
DDR2 8Gb ram
GeForce GT 730 4Gb vram
1 Tb of storage
What would be the best recording settings for my PC? I've tried everything.
Any Ideas?

Your GT 730 can't keep up for the game you are playing. Reduce FPS to cut down on the number of frames.
