Question / Help Low fps on high-end pc?

I was streaming quiplash, which was fine.
Then I switch to csgo, and I can barely hit 100 fps on low settings?
What could the problem be?

Update to the lastest OBS.

Turn on VSync and frame cap the game to 60fps. When you let your game max out the framerate, it uses up video resources that OBS needs.

Also, make sure Windows 10 Game Mode is disabled.

Yeah, I'd rather not do either of those. V-sync is terrible, and I'm not going to play a 5 year old game with 60 fps, on a 144hz monitor. Especially with this setup.
