Hello. I'm having some issues with OBS. I've got I3 4170 and GTX 750Ti. When just playing CS GO runs at 150-170FPS. When I was using shadowplay to stream at Twitch there was everything ok and framerates were around 130 but I found OBS much more convinient and it has much more options. Unfortunately when I turn the stream on with OBS I'm having 10FPS on the starting screen. What can I do about it?
Low FPS issue.
