Low FPS ingame Warzone when running OBS, even when it's not streaming

Like the thread title says... I only get an average of 40-45 FPS when I'm playing Warzone.
Doesn't mather if the ingame settings are on High or Normal, the FPS stays the same.
Using the NDI plugin to send the stream over to my streaming PC.

Running on a ASUS ROG Zephyrus GA401IV-HA037T G14 Laptop

specs:
AMD Ryzen 9 4900HS CPU
Geforce RTX 2060
16 GB DDR4 RAM
Connected to a LG 27GL850 Ultragear monitor

i had the same problem. running a much less powerful PC that you. ryzen 5 and a 1160ti. i went into obs and changed encoder to the hvec one that uses your graphics card to encode rather than cpu. this sounds like it wouldnt help but it fixed my issue. getting solid 70-90 fps while streaming in 900P. hope this helps.
