Question / Help Low FPS in Window Capture

Hi, I'm trying to capture a video from a Chrome window on my MacBook Pro 15" (Late 2016). The FPS of this window in OBS looks horrible, and the video goes on 15-20 FPS. How can I solve it?

Use display capture and crop to window. Window capture on MacOS performs very badly.
