COOLER: EKL Alpenföhn Ben Nevis
GPU: ZOTAC GeForce® GTX 1070 AMP Edition
RAM: 16GB Crucial Ballistix Elite DDR4-2666
Operating System: Windows 10 64 bit
Monitor 1: 144 Hz
Monitor 2: 60 Hz
Internet Speed:
Download: 94.896 kbit/s
Upload: 30.185 kbit/s Upload
Ping 12ms
Game Settings: Ultra 1080p
My OBS Settings:
Encoder: NVENC H.264
Methode: CBR
Bitrate: 3500
Keyframe: 2
Profile: Main
Level: 4.1 (Stream settings from twitch website)
So now my Problem:
i streaming in 720p60 on OBS with NVENC Settings.
I can't keep the 60 fps constant.
it drops to 30-40 fps when im playing.
Ingame i get 100fps without problems.
i read any tutorials without success, tryied many Settings.

What is wrong? respectively my Problem?
Is my system to low?
