Question / Help Low FPS in OBS with PUBG

Hi,
since the new PUBG Patch 1.0 I have a problem with recording and streaming with OBS.
Ingame everything is fine, but the Preview in OBS is lagging and the FPS Counter goes from 60 to 25-55 FPS when starting to record.
If I try to stream with x264 I can't play because it starts lagging massively Ingame. With Nvenc streaming it's playable but still sometimes Lag occurs.

The strange thing is, I don't have this problem with other games, F1 2017 and Destiny 2 run without problems.
Even PUBG worked before the new Patch, already reinstalled the game... I hope someone can help.
I got 2 1070's, tried it in SLI and without, same results.

I don't have an answer but I have been having the exact same issue. Mine does not usually start as soon as I open the game, but will usually happen before the end of a round and will not correct itself until I restart the game. I have tried changing a ton of different settings with no luck.
