Question / Help Low FPS in OBS and normal FPS in GAme

I used to stream without any problem, but since I installed the SSD except for Arma 3 I do not intend to stream any game without the obs fps down to 20 and therefore my streaming is seen with lag, although I the game see at 60 fps, i read all the post with this problem an i try all to fix, but nothing work, so I do this post with my log and my pc to see if you could help me.
My last problem fyue yesterday with the beta of the division 2, I was trying to stream and the game had 60 fps and the obs did not exceed 25

Have you checked that Windows 10 Game Mode is off?

09:56:51.367: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 882 (18.6%)

Rendering lag is caused by GPU overload. You may need to cap in-game framerate, use vsync, reduce in-game visual quality settings, or change to streaming either 720p60 or 1080p30 to reduce GPU lag to 90% or lower so that OBS has resources to work.

thanks for your answer, the first thing I did when the problems started was to remove the windows 10 Games Mode. My biggest problem and what I do not understand, is why before installing the SSD I started to give problems which previously did not happen to me. I'm going to try what you have told me to see if I can solve it. Thanks again.
