Question / Help Low FPS In-Game

Hey boys, i used to have high fps with OBS Classic streaming League on a average of 160-270 FPS.
Off-Stream i cap at 300-400 FPS in-game. But with OBS Studio i get 70-90, in fights it goes down to a 40-30 unstable game play for me cause I've been used to play on high fps no lags at all. My specs are the following
Graphic Card: NVIDIA 1060 GTX 3GB
CPU: i7 950 @ 3.07GHz (4c/8t)
RAM: 12 GB DDR3

I hit 10000kpbs+ on any EU streaming region
My CBR is set to 2500, Video 1280x720 30fps, Lanczos & processor veryfast

Enable aero
And change your FPS to 30. (very few people watching your streams/videos actually benefit from going to 48 and it's increasing your cpu load from encoding by over 50%)
