Question / Help Low FPS in FullScreen Games when OBS is opened

OBS drops my FPS down to 4 when I try to play games with OBS opened when I have them in FullScreen, when in Windowed, everything is fine. Any fix for this or any known causes? GTX1050ti i7 6700k 16GB RAM

log is from McOsu (I usually have 3000 FPS and 0.2ms input lag, with OBS I have 3-4FPS.

I am having the same problem. Just made this account to ask the same question hopefully some one will chime in with a fix to help us both.

I just figured out my problem. I was capturing Display instead of window or game. Now everything is running fine.
