Question / Help Low FPS even with a good PC

So I recently noticed that someone was streaming CSGO with a PC that was much worse than mine and he had like 120 FPS atleast but when I try to stream I get less than 20 FPS. (CSGO is not the only game lagging)

Could anybody help me to get more FPS?

First of all, your OBS Studio installation is outdated, you should update it to the latest.

Your GPU is reaching its limit when streaming, try capping your fps or reducing graphic settings in-game to lessen the load on your GPU.
21:27:20.008: Output 'simple_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 4134 (62.2%)
Your connection to the streaming server is having a lot of trouble, is this the closest streaming server available to you?

USE TCP window 64k and 60 sec
Any above quality 80 will be fine.

Have you optimized CSGO launch options?
Have you reduced CSGO graphics? (Anysotropic, MSAA, mainly)
