Low FPS but good ping

Hi everyone
Im having this issue where when i start playing anygame my framerate is decent but once i open OBS it just drops. Its happened with valorant, call of duty, and r6. Im attaching the logs to the thread so if anyone could help me that would be amazing.

What exactly is your framerate approximately before you open obs (if the game is running off your cpu then obs may be using up a lot of cpu power), also if you have a GPU, which you should have if you want to stream then try using NVENC in the stream settings, instead of x264 which relies on your CPU.
