Low end settings?

I know there are a lot of threads and tutorioal and everything related to low end pc settings, but I haven't been able to record on my PC following any of those tutorials so I figured out I'd ask directly and maybe there's a more specific setting I'm missing.

I have a low end desktop with Ryzen 3 2200g, no dedicated graphics; only the VEGA 8 integrated, 8gb RAM DDR4 2666 and can upgrade it to 16gb but most of the time run with 8gb only, NVME SSD.

I plan on recording only. And I'm totally new to OBS and everything recording related, I've been recording with Bandi in motion jpeg and it suits most of the recording need I have for now but I'd like to use OBS as with bandi I can only record something in specific and that's it. Again, I know this might be already answered before, but I couldn't find any answer for my specifics and every settings I try have lots of frame loss. Thanks in advance.

From my experience : Lower your frames per second for one as this can be set to as low as 10 . We use dot on our old camera set it to 10 and it was fine all over You Tube . Under settings video you can also lower the resolution as the picture wills till look pretty good . Not sure about the audio in your set up but something to review as well . Make sure to run a few tests and find the right combination of frames per second and resolution as this should help !
