am trying for a while now, but still cant figure it.
My problem is my low FPS in CSGO - without OBS i have 180+ FPS. together with 144Hz monitor. With only CS, my CPU is sitting on <30%.
With OBS, regardless of setting i have under 80%(even with medium preset), but my fps starts to dip under 144fps, which causes problem with screen-tearing and unpleasant feel in competitive game like CSGO.
Is there any hint or way to know, what is bottlenecking my FPS in-game?
Examples of CSGO+OBS with CPU load in left top corner. If you find any extreme dips in fps, thats when i connected to PC via teamviewer - i was doing these tests from work remotely.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, my CPU is OC´d to 4,3GHZ(which is not showing in log. GK is GTX 1070 and is NOT bottleneck, as with CSGO 40% load is rare.
