Hi all. When using av1 to stream to YouTube, the bitrate is very low and unstable (1-10k) when the bitrate is set to 50k. If I use h265 50k bitrate everything works fine without problems. A few hours before the main stream, I did a stream test using av1 50k bitrate and everything was fine too, but now when using av1 the bitrate jumps 1-10k.
