low bitrate on a good network

Hello, so today i was trying to stream Pokemon on facebook, and i realized the stream was super laggy. Then i realized OBS was only sending 183kb/s which was odd, because my internet has 12mbs of upload. I havent been able to find a solution online, but i have tried everything (Changing the ethernet cable, reseting my pc and the modem, reinstalling obs, streaming on other plattforms)

Can someone help me with this issue?
My specs btw:
Ryzen 7 3700x
RX580 4gb
MSI b450m gaming plus
16gb of dual channel ram.

1. Your gigabit-capable network card is only connecting at 100mbps. This may indicate a bad network cable or outdated router / switch which could be impacting network performance. If you're switch is only 100mbps, that should be fine, just make sure it's not the cable.
2. Run updated OBS as Admin. Right click on the shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
3. Binding to a manually chosen IP address is rarely needed. Go to Settings -> Advanced -> Network and set "Bind to IP" back to "Default".

This log shows your bitrate is 6000 Kbps and doesn't show any dropped frames or 183 Kbps bitrate. Need a log with the issue.

Need a new log of complete streaming session (start and stop, at least 30 seconds, duplicating the issue).

You're using the AMF Encoder's "Master" View Mode. Change it back to View Mode Expert or lower, preferably Basic if you can.

Hello, I'm having a similar issue that started suddenly on Thursday of last week. Before then I had been streaming for almost 2 years with no issues

I tried adjusting the bitrate and output settings as well as setting the Preset to Performace and Max Performance but my Bitrate won't go above 2000 when before it was consistently hovering around 2800~3000, 3000 being my set preset

Attached log:

Any help is greatly appreciated, as this all started suddenly and without me changing any settings beforehand. Thank you for your time.

Hello, I know this is kind of a dead thread, but I do not want to start a new post if I'm experiencing the same issue.

I used to have normal connection and on some days I have 6000 kbps, but most days now I have 2000-3000kbps speeds. I'm unsure what is causing this. Any help is appreciated!

This is my log file:

If it was working well and now you have issues, common sense says that the issue it's on the network, local or the ISP.
As you are using dynamic bitrate I can safely guess the issue it's on the ISP.

Please read and follow directions and recommendations on the analyzer:

Display source must be on it's own scene. Is interfere with game and window capture.
If you for whatever reason need separated game captures for different games please also separate them into different scenes.
You also don't need to use advanced output. You can just stay on simple output mode.

Hello, I'm having similar issue. I've read through this post and did the Analyzer thing. It said nothing tho. Last month I could stream with 24000 bitrate and now it skips 65% of frames. I changed it to 12000 and it worked just fine this morning but now it doesn't go past 3000-4000 kbps. I tried to contact my provider and we went through some testing to no avail. I don't know what to do. I updated my Intel wi-fi drivers, tried to downgrade OBS. I played with Twitch bandwidth test and it was unstable (one test resulted in 8000 bitrate 84 quality and then it went 2600 bitrate 30 quality). YouTube is stable-bad.
