I'm just a little confused.... I pay for 35Mbps upload speed and when I do a speedtest I get around 30-35Mbps... But when I try to stream to twitch, I drop about 40% of frames at 3500 bit rate which is 3.5Mbps (you can do the math). I am directly connected to my modem with a cat7 ethernet cord and for some reason I just constantly drop frames... It's ridiculous. I'm on the Chicago server (which is where I live) so I shouldn't be experiencing this crazy of a drop in frames. I used to be able to stream at 7500 bit rate which is overkill yes, but it worked with zero probelms. I'm just wondering if it's my computer or internet. While streaming I only use 15-20% of my CPU, so I'm thinking it's gotta be something with my ISP and them not letting use the full speeds. Any suggestions are helpful.

I'll also link a TwitchTest image as well. I get a "0" Quality on every server... even the Chicago one. I'm pretty sure it's out of 100.

Internet: 950Mbps download/35Mbps upload.
