Hi. For a long while now I have been having an issue with OBS where a loud, ear piercing sound will come through on stream. It is unpredictable and I have 0 clue on how to solve this issue and hope you fine people can help me.
Only my stream hears this sound and I get no representation of it, either in hearing it myself or the Audio monitor showing signs of it. It happens in a variety of games, situations, and is seemingly random.
Here are some personal examples of it in my vods.

More personal examples can be provided.
Here is a thread where someone seemingly had the same problem, fixed it, but gave a super vague response to how: https://www.reddit.com/r/letsplay/comments/4jya19/strange_audio_problem_with_obs_studio/
And here is the log file from the last stream I just did with the issue, the one that the 2nd clip came from. https://gist.github.com/anonymous/8afaf0711f2661b854129f879567f5e6
Hopefully this is enough information to help you help me. Anything else you guys need to work towards a solution let me know and I'll get it.
Thanks for all of your help. This has been driving me and my viewers crazy for a while.
Edit: This issue has now been solved for me. The problem lies in an issue with OBS' default codec for some. The solution is to have the CoreAudio Encoder installed by either installing ITunes which does it automatically, or following the instructions posted here: https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/obs-studio-enable-coreaudio-aac-encoder-windows.220/
Thanks so much to dodgepong and Fenrir for the help. They are absolute life savers.
