Loud High Pitch Beeping, Help

I just started using OBS and every time I try to record the audio, it has a loud high pitch beeping. It is annoying and I can't find out how to get rid of it. I tried using other microphones, but it doesn't change anything. It doesn't do this when I'm talking with friends online, and when I record the audio separately with a different software. The only way not to hear it in the video is to mute the OBS audio settings. Help. Below is the link to a video, showing the problem.

So, I assume something is wrong with the shared mode of the device settings in the Windows...
