Loud background noise when streaming/recording in OBS.

I have been having audio problems for a long while with my recordings and streams about this issue.
Specifically through OBS, there is a background noise similar to the sound of an air conditioner running when I stream/record games. I do not use a mic. When using my laptop's built in Xbox game bar, I can record the audio fine, but OBS has a strange background noise. I include here the log file of my failed attempts to fix it as well as 1 such example of the sound, with the other recording as an example of how I expect it to sound. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Since you can adjust that background noise within the controls of your game (1st video), it's clearly created by the game. It seems this is an ambient noise created for the atmosphere of the game. It's also present in your 2nd video, although it's much quieter.

Check any audio postprocessing stuff on your computer, may be your Windows sound settings include some audio enhancements that amplify these noise frequencies.
OBS is able to directly tap the audio of an app instead of recording an audio device - may be this way you can circumvent such postprocessing. Don't record your speakers/Desktop audio. Instead, add a "Application audio capture (beta)" source and point it to your game.
