Question / Help Lots of windows open on OBS

Hello, something changed in my setup I guess and everytime I open OBS Studio I see a bunch of windows: controls (start streaming, start recording) etc and I can't go back to the regular screen that I can share via zoom...not sure what I did wrong. Thanks for your help!
