Question / Help Lost Recording Footage

I didn't see any topic's addressing this problem, so I thought to bring it up myself. Whenever I record something with OBS Studio (record, not stream) I lose a LOT of footage. In one of my most recent tests of this problem I made a three minute video, but the product only contained the first 15 seconds. A half hour video I attempted to record ended up only totaling to 6 minutes of footage, yet it said it was recording the whole time. Is there any known reason why this might happen and how it could be stopped?

You're trying to encode real-game gameplay using a 2-core, 2-thread Celeron. You're not going to have any joy with that, I don't think. These lines from the first log are rather revealing:

13:50:14.855: Output 'simple_file_output': Number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 16834 (99.4%)
13:50:14.855: Output 'simple_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 6574 (38.8%)

Your CPU doesn't even support QuickSync, so I... honestly don't know what to suggest you do. I sincerely doubt your CPU is up to the job at all.

You may try UltraFast preset, and downscale to 640x360 or less, and lower FPS to 15 or less.
Anything higher will need faster CPU or hardware encoder found in recent graphics card (Nvidia NVENC, AMD VCE).
